Does my client need an account?
No. Guests open your request link in a supported desktop browser, record, review, and submit without signing in or installing an app.
Which devices and browsers work?
Recording is supported on desktop Chrome and Edge. Mobile visitors can browse this page, but need a supported desktop browser to record.
What gets recorded?
The screen your guest chooses and their microphone, with an optional webcam. System and tab audio are not captured. Guests review their take before choosing to submit it.
What are the limits?
Free and Pro recordings are up to 3 minutes; Growth is up to 10 minutes. Free includes 1 successfully submitted recording total, across all requests; deleting one does not restore a credit. All plans retain workspace storage and request limits. Growth availability is pending media validation.
Are recordings private?
Creators review recordings in an authenticated workspace. They can explicitly create a viewing link, choose its expiration, and revoke it. Anyone with a valid viewing link can view that recording.
